Michael Stuhlbarg is an American actor and he is famously known for his role as George Yeaman in the 2012 movie Hitchcock and as Prof. Samuel Perlman in the 2017 movie Call me by your name and he has also starred in other movies and television series such as A Serious Man, Fargo and Boardwalk Empire.

Michael Stuhlbarg was born on the 5th of July, 1968, in Long Beach, California, United States and he was born to his mother Susan Stuhlbarg and to his father Mort Stuhlbarg and he was raised in a reformed Jewish family.
Michael Stuhlbarg attended The Julliard School, which is located in New York City and he graduated in 1992, with a bachelor of Fine Arts degree, he later went on to further his acting education at citadels of learning which include; University of California, Los Angeles, The Vilnius Conservatory in Lithuania, The British American Drama Academy at Oxford and The National Youth Theatre of Great Britain at the University of London.
